Sidr (beri) honey. Raw Sidr Honey comes from bees that forage on the Sidr, or beri, tree (Ziziphus). It is dark and thick, with a deep caramel colour and a warm, rich finish treasured across Pakistan and the Gulf. Our Sidr honey batch FIT-SIDR-02 was tested by NIH Islamabad with a satisfactory result and negative Fiehe adulteration test.
Acacia honey. Raw Acacia Honey is pale gold and delicately floral, with a mild, clean sweetness. Because it crystallises slowly, it stays runny longer and stirs easily into chai, green tea, yoghurt and everyday cooking.
How to use & store. Enjoy a spoonful on its own, stir into warm (not boiling) water or milk, or drizzle over breakfast. Keep the glass jar closed at room temperature away from sunlight. Do not give honey to babies under 12 months.

Why has my honey gone solid?
Honey can crystallise in cooler weather. This is natural. Stand the closed jar in warm water and stir until it is runny again.
