What is Pure Himalayan Shilajit Resin?
Nectar Energy Pure Himalayan Shilajit Resin is a dark, sticky mineral resin that forms in high Himalayan rock, sourced in Pakistan and sold in 30 g and 50 g jars. If you are comparing the shilajit price in Pakistan, our 30 g jar costs Rs 5,570 and the 50 g jar Rs 8,070, delivered anywhere in the country with cash on delivery.
Shilajit, also called salajeet, has been used for centuries across South Asia and is traditionally taken as a daily tonic. The resin is firm when cool and softens with the warmth of your fingers. It has an earthy, smoky smell and dissolves in warm water or milk, turning it a golden-brown colour.
How to use Pure Himalayan Shilajit Resin
Take a rice-grain to pea-sized portion (about 300–500 mg) once a day. Dissolve it in a cup of warm (not boiling) water or milk, stir and drink. Start with the smaller amount. Shilajit is a food product, not a medicine. If you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication, ask your doctor first.
