Ordering and payment

How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart, go to checkout, enter your contact details and delivery address, choose cash on delivery and place your order. You can check out without an account, or sign in to see your orders under My Account. If you need help ordering, message us on WhatsApp.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery (COD) only. You pay in cash when your parcel arrives.

Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes. After you place your order, you will see a confirmation page with your order number. Keep the number handy in case you need to contact us about your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we will do our best to change or cancel it.

Do you have discount codes?

We sometimes run offers. If you have a coupon code, enter it in the coupon box at checkout and the discount is shown before you place your order.

Delivery

Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver across Pakistan. If you are in a remote area, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will confirm delivery to your address.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is Rs 250 per order, and free on orders of Rs 5,000 and above. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your city and the courier. We confirm the estimate when we confirm your order, and deliveries can take longer around Ramadan, Eid and public holidays.

How can I track my order?

If you have an account, you can see your order status under My Account. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order number for an update.

Do you ship outside Pakistan?

Online checkout is for delivery within Pakistan. For orders from other countries, see our export page and send us an enquiry.

Returns and refunds

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos or a short video of the parcel and product. We will review it and get back to you. See our returns & refund policy.

Shilajit

How do I use Shilajit resin?

Follow any directions on the label. A common way is to dissolve a small portion of resin in a cup of warm (not boiling) water or milk once a day, starting small. Read our Shilajit dosage guide for more detail.

What is the difference between classic and gold grade Shilajit?

We sell Shilajit resin in two grades, classic and gold, each in 30g and 50g jars. Gold grade is our premium grade and is priced higher. Compare the options and current prices on our Shilajit page.

My Shilajit became hard (or soft). Is that normal?

Yes. Shilajit resin naturally hardens in cold weather and softens in heat. Warm a small piece between your fingers before use.

Who should not take Shilajit?

Shilajit isn't suitable for children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a health condition, ask your doctor before using it.

Honey

My honey has crystallised. Is it fake?

No. Crystallisation is a natural process in honey and does not mean it is fake. Stand the jar in warm water and stir to make it runny again.

Should I keep honey in the fridge?

No. Store honey at room temperature with the lid closed. Cold makes honey crystallise faster.

Can babies have honey?

No. Do not give honey to babies under 12 months old.
