Nectar Energy delivers orders to addresses across Pakistan. Delivery costs Rs 250 per order and is free on orders of Rs 5,000 and above, and you pay by cash on delivery when your parcel arrives. Delivery times depend on your city and the courier, and we confirm the estimate when we confirm your order.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to addresses in cities and towns across Pakistan. If you live in a remote area, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will confirm whether we can deliver to your address.
Online checkout is for delivery within Pakistan. For orders from other countries, please see our export page.

The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you place it. From time to time we may run offers that change the delivery charge; any such offer is shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your city and the courier. We confirm the estimate when we confirm your order. Deliveries can take longer during Ramadan, Eid, public holidays, bad weather or other disruptions, and we will keep you updated if your order is delayed.
How can I track my order?
If you have an account, you can see your order status under My Account. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order number at any time for an update on your delivery.
How does cash on delivery work?
You pay in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the amount ready, as the courier may not carry change. Make sure your phone number and address are correct at checkout so the courier can reach you; incorrect or incomplete details can delay your order.
What if I'm not available when the courier arrives?
Couriers may call you to arrange delivery, so please keep your phone on around the delivery time. If your parcel can't be delivered and comes back to us, we will contact you to discuss next steps.
What if an item is damaged, missing or wrong?
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, leaking, missing or not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp at 0316 2769339 as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos or a short video. Is there a free delivery threshold?
Yes. Delivery is free on orders of Rs 5,000 and above. Orders below Rs 5,000 have a Rs 250 delivery charge, shown at checkout.
How do I pay the delivery charge?
The delivery charge, if any, is added to your order total at checkout. You pay the full total in cash when your parcel arrives.
Can I order for delivery to a remote area?
Message us on WhatsApp with your address before ordering and we will confirm whether we can deliver there.
