These terms apply when you use thenectarenergy.com or buy from Nectar Energy ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them. In short: prices are in Pakistani rupees, payment is cash on delivery, delivery is Rs 250 or free on orders of Rs 5,000 and above, and your order is confirmed once we accept it. If anything is unclear, message us before ordering.

1. Products

• We sell Shilajit resin and honey. Product photos are for illustration. Natural products can vary in colour, texture, size and taste from batch to batch.
• Shilajit is a food supplement, not a medicine. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a health condition, ask your doctor before using Shilajit. Keep it away from children.
• Do not give honey to babies under 12 months old.
• Please read the product label and store products as described.

2. Prices

• All prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR).
• Delivery is Rs 250 per order, and free on orders of Rs 5,000 and above. The final total, including any delivery charge and discount, is shown at checkout before you place your order.
• We may change prices at any time, but the total shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay for that order.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a mistake, we may cancel the order and let you know. You won't be charged for a cancelled order.

3. Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the address or phone number can't be confirmed, or we suspect a fake order. If this happens, we will let you know.
• Please check your contact details and address carefully. Incorrect or incomplete details can delay or prevent delivery.

4. Payment

• We accept cash on delivery (COD) only. You pay the full order total in cash when your parcel arrives.

5. Coupons and offers

• Coupon codes can be entered at checkout. Each coupon may have its own conditions, such as a minimum order value, an expiry date or a usage limit, and the discount is shown before you place your order.
• We may change or end coupons and offers at any time. Orders already placed keep the discount shown at checkout.

6. Delivery

Delivery charges and how delivery works are explained in our shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by couriers, holidays and events outside our control, but we will help you follow up on your parcel.

8. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review, it must be honest and about your own experience. We may remove reviews that are offensive, false or unrelated to the product. By posting, you allow us to show your review on our website and social media.

9. Use of the website

Please don't misuse the website, for example by attempting to hack it, placing fake orders or copying our content, photos or text without permission.

10. Liability

We take care to describe our products accurately and to pack them safely. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer protection law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
